What's a funeral limousine?

A funeral limousine is a luxury vehicle that is part of a funeral procession and is used to transport family members, close relatives, and sometimes pallbearers or clergy to and from the funeral service.

Funeral limousines are designed to provide comfort and privacy for the grieving family during this sensitive time, so they are not distracted by driving conditions or following directions. They typically seat between six and nine people, plus a chauffeur. Unlike your traditional limo setup, all benches face the same direction. This makes for a somber, contemplative journey from the funeral homes to the burial place.

After extensive research and careful thought, Grave Line settled on conducting our rides in vintage Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham stretch limousines, which are sometimes referred to as "The last great limo". It is our sincerest intent that by escorting our fair mourners back in time inside of these gorgeous vehicles, they experience an authentic sense of transportation into the stories we share, and escape into a world of grim, melancholic tragedy.
